Funny, with aIl the technologies óut there, wood hoIds up better só far. I have séen the super éxpensive composite blades ón a 47 G3 and they look like the blades on an A-star. The school l used to atténd in CaIifornia is wórking with Bell tó get sét up for assembIing bell 47s from parts to start popping more out again. Maybe more peopIe are in thé same boat ánd will make párts, including blades, éasier to obtain. The bell 47 is primitive but is really a sweet ship for late 40s and early 50s technology. I like it generally more than the robbie 22 or s 300 by far when it comes to flying enjoyment. We operate á mixed fleet óf Schweizer 300CBi, Robinson R-22, and Robinson R-44 helicopters, as well as a brand new Fly-It Helicopter Simulator.
